Method 1 by check:

Make check payable to "Kiwanis Club of Suburban Frederick."

1. Mail check to: Kiwanis c/o 1612 Shookstown Rd., Frederick, MD 21702
2. We will enter your tickets for you and notify you if you are the winner              

Method 2 online:

Make donation directly to our Fund at the Community Foundation of Frederick County by paying online with VISA or MC:

1. Go to our club's Foundation Fund donation site here

2. Donate $5 for each ticket you wish to purchase.
3. Include in the Comment box the number of raffle tickets you bought,
   e.g. "For (#) raffle tickets."
4. Send your name and phone number by email to dave@maloney.com with the amount of your donation.
5. We will enter your tickets for you and notify you if you are the winner
